Negroni with Barrel Aged Gin
Aged Negroni or Negroni with Barrel Aged Gin?
The first is a pre-batched cocktail containing all three ingredients (gin, campari and sweet vermouth) that is then barrel aged - usually for a month or two. The second is our favourite, simply substitute the Gin you would normally use with our Single Barrel Reserve Gin.
Negroni (with Barrel Aged Gin) Cocktail Recipe
- 30ml Original Single Barrel Reserve Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange Wedge
Stir with ice until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with a wedge or twist of orange.
