Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following important information regarding our shipping policy:
Shipping Days: Our distillery is closed on Mondays, so orders are only processed and shipped between Tuesday to Friday.
Shipping Methods: All deliveries are sent by Australia Post. Click here to view delivery dates on the Australia Post website.
Tracking Your Order: The best way to track your parcel is via the Australia Post tracking link. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please get in touch, and we will do our best to follow up for you.
Shipping Responsibility: While we carefully select reliable shipping carriers, we cannot control their operations or delivery schedules. Once your package has been shipped, any delays due to the carrier are beyond our control.
Delivery Dates: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability: We are not liable for any delays or issues that occur once the package is with the shipping carrier. If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Goods are only shipped within Australia - we do not ship to overseas destinations.
- All wholesale orders are dispatched via Australia Post which will be trackable.
- Orders under $120 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
- All orders of $120 and over will receive free standard shipping within Australia.
- If customers are sending goods to their place of work, it is helpful if the business name and address including floor level be included in delivery details.
