Refund Policy
At Original Spirit Co., we want you to be 100% happy with your order, and we strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition.
Our Refund Policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides you with rights and remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
For returns due to a change of mind, we will accept returns provided the following conditions are met:
- You notify us within seven (7) working days of receiving your order.
- You provide proof of purchase.
- The products are returned in their original condition - unopened and and in original packaging.
- You agree to pay a restocking fee and any reasonable costs associated with processing the return.
If postage was originally covered by us, the shipping fee will also be deducted from your final refund.
We will reimburse the cost of returning items only if they were delivered in error or found to be damaged or defective.
