Sloe Gin Cocktails
Sloe Gin Sour
Velvety, tart and a little bit sweet all at the same time.
Ingredients
50 ml Original Wild Sloe Gin
20 ml simple syrup
30 ml lemon juice
25 ml egg white
Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a big handful of ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
Sloe Gin Fizz
This refreshing riff on a traditional Gin fizz delightfully balances sweet against tart! The addition of eggwhite is entirely optional but gives a delicious foam. Either way, this long cool drink is perfect all year round.
50 ml Original Wild Sloe Gin
20 ml simple syrup
30 ml lemon juice
25 ml egg white (optional)
Soda Water
Ice
Assemble Sloe Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white (optional) into a cocktail shaker without the ice. Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a big handful of ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
Strain and pour Pour into an ice-filled highball or collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with lemon.
