The Best Sloe Gin Sour Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml Original Wild Sloe Gin
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml egg white (or egg white substitue such as Wonderfoam or Aquafaba)
Method
Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a big handful of ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
SLOE GIN FIZZ
This refreshing riff on a traditional Gin fizz delightfully balances sweet against tart! The addition of eggwhite is entirely optional but gives a delicious foam. Either way, this long cool drink is perfect all year round.

Method
Assemble Wild Sloe Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white (optional) into a cocktail shaker without the ice. Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a big handful of ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain and pour Pour into an ice-filled highball or collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with lemon.

- 15ml Original Classic Dry Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange Wedge
Stir with ice until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with a wedge or twist of orange.
