- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Classic Dry Gin, lemon juice, GinFusion Blood Orange gin, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top up the glass with soda water to your preference, leaving some space at the top.
- Give the drink a gentle stir to combine.
- Optionally, garnish with a small slice of hot cross bun or a sprinkle of crumbled hot cross bun topping for added flavour and presentation.
