Mulled Wine With A Cheeky Gin Twist

SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS
- 200ml of Brown Brothers Cienna
- 30ml of GinFusion Blood Orange
- 1 whole clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- Citrus and/or apple slices
METHOD
- In a large saucepan, combine everything together. Give it a quick stir to make sure it’s well mixed.
- Warm the mixture over medium-high heat until it’s almost simmering. Be careful not to let it bubble - too much heat will burn off the alcohol.
- Once it’s simmering gently, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain using a fine-mesh strainer. Serve warm in a mug and enjoy!
