Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
Promotional Period: April 30th 2022 to May 1st, 2022.
There is one prize consisting of any 3 500ml bottles of in-stock Original Spirit Co. Gins or Ginfusions, 4 x 180ml bottles of Strangelove light tonic, 4 x 180ml bottles of Strangelove soda and postage within Australia. Prizes to be delivered in full to the winner’s registered address. Proof of age and proof of address is required. The retail value of the prize will not exceed AUD$294 including GST.
The winner will be randomly drawn via computer and notified via email on Thursday May 5th 2022.
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must visit the Original Spirit Co Stand at Handmade Canberra at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC), scan the QR code and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested.
Only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive email marketing from Original Spirit Co. It is NOT a condition of entry to make a purchase. Entrants must be active subscribers when the prize is drawn in order to be eligible to win.
Entries close at the end of the Handmade Canberra Event on Sunday May 1st, 2022.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. Winners will be notified by the email address they entered with and proof of age must be shown to claim the prize.
If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
Rights for alcohol prizes will not be distributed by or to any person under 18, nor can a person under 18 dispense or collect an alcohol prize. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws or codes including those relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Original Spirit Co. supports the responsible service of alcohol.
The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Original Spirit Co.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
