Rich in flavour, exceptionally smooth.
This rum has been made using premium molasses from Bundaberg in Queensland. Mashed, fermented and distilled at our distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Aged in old Tawny casks from the Barossa Valley.
Non-chill filtered. Nothing added but love.
