Passionfruit Pornstar Martini
Passionfruit Pornstar Martini (Boozooka Style)
A bold, fruity twist on the iconic cocktail – with Boozooka Passionfruit Vodka bringing a juicy punch of flavour.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Boozooka Passionfruit Vodka
- 30ml Fresh lime juice
- 45ml Passionfruit purée (or pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit
- 60ml Sparkling wine or Prosecco
Method:
1. Add Boozooka Passionfruit Vodka, lime juice, and passionfruit purée to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard until chilled and frothy.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4. Gently top with Prosecco and give it a quick stir to mix without killing the bubbles.
5. Garnish with half a fresh passionfruit floating on top.
